It should be simple; warm floor, warm room. So why is it not working?

Unfortunately, a problematic Underfloor Heating System is often misdiagnosed and ineffective repairs undertaken, all at the expensive of the building occupier.

As an experienced heating and controls engineer, I’m able to survey the building and identify areas of concern. More than likely, there are often more than one individual fault, although generally the faults can be rectified with a little care and attention.

We often work with the existing site personnel, allowing existing electricians and the mechanical site team to complete remedial works, keeping the system in working order.

If required, the fault finding and rectification can be completed by myself, keeping disruption to a minimum. This is likely the quickest route to an operational underfloor heating system.
